AXA Colpatria, was a project that proposed the creation of an integral event that reflected the value of teamwork as an engine for conquering new horizons. The proposal focused on an immersive experience that evoked the analogy of a space trip, highlighting how joint effort drives the organization to reach goals beyond what is known. The concept of the event was based on the idea that it is thanks to collaborative work you can discover and conquer new territories, leading your collaborators and clients to transcend the limits of the planet.
The challenge for GUIO was to design and perform an event that combined tangible and digital spaces, making each assistant embark on a symbolic journey into space. The proposal should integrate stimuli that would allow participants to connect emotionally with the concept of exploring the unknown, enhancing their skills and discovering innovative solutions.
From GUIO, we proposed an immersive event with shocking scenery and sensory experiences that would immerse attendees in a space environment. The ephemeral architecture and interactive spaces were designed to symbolize the takeoff towards new horizons, making collaborators live a unique journey. The proposed experiences not only captured the essence of AXA Colpatria's message, but also motivated participants to recognize themselves as drivers of great achievements. The event strengthened the sense of belonging and commitment to organizational goals, consolidating the vision of collective growth.
