Carrera 5K Andesco is one of the leading activities within the Andean Congress, which brings together experts and leaders from the public services, telecommunications and sustainability sector annually. In addition to being an academic event, the Andesco Congress includes sports initiatives such as this race, with the aim of promoting integration, well-being and health among attendees and the community at large.
The challenge was to design, organize and execute a career experience that reflected the identity of the Andesco Congress, promoting active participation by both attendees and community members. The activity should be inclusive, fun and above all a space to strengthen the bonds between participants of the event.
GUIO took over the planning, production and logistics of the 5K Race, ensuring a smooth, exciting and professional experience. We design the course of the race, coordinate signage, safety and participation dynamics. In addition, we implemented branding strategies that connected the race to the main topics of Congress, integrating messages about sustainability, health and well-being. As a result, the career not only promoted physical activity but also community spirit among participants, receiving a high level of satisfaction and participation.
