Regional User Conferences Esri: Connecting Systems, Transforming Regions

•cms:f5

The Regional User Conference (CRU) of Esri Colombia is a series of events that take place in various cities across the country, such as Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali and Medellín. These meetings bring together professionals, industry leaders and geospatial technology experts to share knowledge, experiences and the latest innovations in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

The main challenge is to design and execute high-impact, consistent events in multiple cities, adapting each experience to the regional context without losing the unified identity of the Esri brand. It is essential to create environments that foster interaction, learning and collaboration among attendees, ensuring impeccable logistics and a memorable experience at every location.

From GUIO, we take care of the ephemeral architecture, branding, BTL experiences, logistics and production of CRUs throughout the country. We design functional and aesthetically coherent spaces, implement interactive activations that promote the active participation of attendees and manage logistics to ensure the success of each event. Our intervention allows each CRU year after year to develop smoothly, strengthening Esri's presence in the regions and consolidating its user community.
