The Congress of Private Capital and Entrepreneurial Capital – Colcapital is one of the most important events in Colombia's investment ecosystem, bringing together investors, entrepreneurs and leaders from both the public and private sectors. The congress focuses on promoting investment in start-ups and consolidating the country as a key destination for private and entrepreneurial capital. In addition, this event facilitates the exchange of ideas, the creation of alliances and the identification of new investment opportunities.
The challenge was to design an event that reflected the relevance and dynamism of the private capital and entrepreneurial ecosystem. With a diverse audience and an approach to generating connections among participants, it was essential to create an environment that facilitated both interactions and learning about investment trends and opportunities.
From GUIO, we are responsible for the organization, production, architecture, logistics and implementation of our Connectify platform for the event. Thanks to these solutions, we guarantee a fluid experience, both face-to-face and virtual. The architecture and design of the spaces were carefully planned to maximize interaction among attendees, create networking areas and enhance presentations. The implementation of Connectify enabled the client to have full control over metrics and interaction during the event. The result was a successful congress that consolidated its positioning as the key event in the field of private and entrepreneurial capital in Colombia.
