Connectify is a comprehensive platform for managing face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events designed to optimize the experience of attendees, organizers and brands. With advanced features such as registration, check-in, access control, business wheels, voting, certificates, real-time reports, interactive agenda, simultaneous translation and on demand content, Connectify has powered more than 3,000 events and connected over 345,000 people across the region. Its flexibility allows it to adapt to multiple formats: fairs, congresses, launches, conventions and assemblies, consolidating itself as an essential tool for corporate, academic and commercial events.
The challenge was to modernize and reposition the Connectify brand in an increasingly demanding market, highlighting its technological evolution and ability to offer customized and scalable solutions. In addition, its digital presence needed to be strengthened and given a stronger, coherent and more competitive identity at the regional and international levels.
Since GUIO, we lead the rebranding process and Connectify's digital marketing strategy. We redefine their visual identity with a more contemporary and technological approach, and develop a narrative focused on innovation, efficiency and connectivity. In addition, we run positioning campaigns, interface design, audiovisual production and commercial materials. In parallel, we accompany their deployment in key events, integrating solutions such as automated check-in, content management, data analysis and immersive experiences. Thanks to this strategic transformation, Connectify strengthened its positioning as a leading platform in the event industry in Latin America.
