The Esri User Conference (CUE) has been consolidated as the most important event of geographic information systems (GIS) in Colombia and the region. Year after year, it brings together thousands of professionals, experts and leaders from different industries to explore how geospatial technology drives digital transformation in sectors such as energy, health, agriculture, transport and sustainability.
The challenge was to design and execute an event that not only met, but exceeded the expectations of Esri and a audience specializing in technology, innovation and digital transformation. A comprehensive experience was required that combined creativity, advanced technology, high-level logistics and an environment that enhanced interaction among attendees.
From GUIO, we lead the planning, marketing, branding, ephemeral architecture, production, logistics and experiences of the event, achieving an innovative and functional staging in Ágora Bogotá. BTL activations, interactive technology and state-of-the-art audiovisual techniques were integrated. In addition, we implemented Connectify, our event management platform, which enabled Esri to monitor metrics in real time, optimizing decision-making.
