The First World Coffee Producers Forum, held in 2017 in Medellín, Colombia, was a global milestone that brought together more than 1,500 participants from 40 countries, among producers, union leaders, government representatives and international experts. The forum focused on analysing economic, social and environmental challenges affecting the coffee sector and proposing collective strategies for its long-term sustainability.
From GUIO we took on the challenge of producing, organizing and designing a world-class event, creating a scenario that matched the historic importance of the meeting. The goal was to facilitate an effective space for dialogue, projecting the relevance and urgency of the issues addressed in a conducive environment for global collaboration.
We design and build memorable scenery, coordinate a high-level logistics production and organize every detail to ensure the fluidity of the event. The ephemeral architecture developed for the forum reflected the essence of the coffee sector and its global impact, strengthening the message of sustainability and cooperation. The result was an impeccable experience that left a mark on attendees and consolidated the World Coffee Producers Forum as an international benchmark for industry.
