Campus Expedition of the University of Rosario, was the event created for students of grades 10 and 11 to live an authentic university day and as a letter of introduction from the university and what it offers. Through guided experiences, participants explored the academic programs, toured the facilities, interacted with teachers and students, and lived closely what it means to be part of the Rosarista community.
The challenge was to design an experience that would connect emotionally and academically with more than 2,000 school students, encouraging their interest in the programs offered and transmitting the university spirit in a memorable way.
From GUIO, we take care of the ephemeral architecture, BTL experiences, logistics, production and integral execution of the event. We designed an interactive and multisensory tour that turned the campus into a dynamic space, aligned with the university's identity. Strategic resource planning and deployment allowed for a smooth, stimulating and participatory day, achieving a high level of attendance and satisfaction among students and teachers.
